Wellness Day at South Place Hotel

What?

Instead of spending your Saturday on the sofa in front of Netflix, get active at South Place Hotel’s wellness day. You’ll sweat it out at three fitness classes, which combine strength and flexibility, yoga and mindfulness, leaving you feeling tip top and ready for a new week. There will also be an Epsom Salt making workshop, and wellness talks from founder Rui on topics such as how diet and lifestyle affects the immune system and fighting the winter blues. Throughout the day, stay refreshed with goodies from Flow Hydration, and enjoy a healthy brunch at . And if you fancy making a weekend of it, guests are being offered a special price of £200 for the night.

South Place Hotel is a lively hotel in the centre of London, not far from Liverpool street. With five bars, a spa, gym, two restaurants and 60 bedrooms, it’s the perfect spot for a stylish weekend in London. South Place Chop House is headed up by Head Chef, Guy Betteridge, offers up a lovely brunch menu of egg-based dishes, pancakes, fruit and yoghurt bowls, alongside a selection of vibrant juices and herbal teas. The Michelin-starred Restaurant, meanwhile, focuses on seafood, with an ever-changing menu of seasonal and carefully sourced produce.
