Get thee to one of London’s many, vast and green parks for a proper dose of that ‘outdoors’ feeling – that’s conveniently also totally free. Each week, British Military Fitness runs over 500 boot camp style classes around the country in the great outdoors. The name doesn’t just refer to the military-style exercises (including plenty of shouting), but also the fact that each class is delivered by ex or serving members of the Armed Forces who are fully qualified fitness professionals. Choose between classes focusing on cardio, strength training, teamwork and HIIT, or try for a calmer pace.
